ABOUT IT


The challenge was to develop an enhanced omnichannel and communication strategy for UniCredit's bank service employees, transforming the omnichannel model into a unique customer experience and creating engaging communications.

To achieve this, we designed a bespoke Customer Experience Strategy that prioritizes matching customers in need with the appropriate expert to provide a quick solution. This involves three significant steps: an instant match, shared knowledge, and shared rewards.
